Overview

Jeff D. Neiderman received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1995. He subsequently enrolled at Pepperdine University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1999.

During his tenure at Pepperdine, Mr. Neiderman was a member of the Pepperdine Trial Team and was awarded the honor as the most outstanding student in the school‘s labor and employment law curricular track. In addition, Mr. Neiderman earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, which has been nationally recognized and consistently ranked by U.S. News and World Report as one of the top dispute resolution programs in the country.

Mr. Neiderman is a seasoned litigator with years of legal knowledge and experience representing the interests of plaintiffs in a diverse range of legal matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and other issues arising out of the termination or discipline of employees. This experience allows him to provide insightful and strategic counsel to each of his clients, contributing to their success both in and out of the courtroom.
