Mr. Ercolani also has extensive experience handling complex cases against government entities that are responsible for his clients' injuries. He has prevailed in complex governmental claim cases against The United States of America (a negligent Secret Service agent and other federal lands premises liability cases), the State of California (the California Highway Patrol negligent accidents and other state-owned land for premises liability and dangerous roadway design) and numerous counties and cities throughout California.
