Nusha Nasiri - Woodland Hills, CA

Nusha Nasiri, working with the firm’s Assisted Third Party Reproduction group, represents intended parents, gestational carriers, egg donors, sperm donors, embryo donors, and embryo recipients in all aspects of third-party reproduction. Her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating gestational carrier, egg donor, sperm donor, and embryo donation agreements, advising clients throughout the surrogacy and gamete donation process, and helping families navigate the complex legal issues that arise through assisted reproduction. Nusha is committed to providing thoughtful, practical counsel and guiding clients through one of the most meaningful and personal journeys of their lives.

Prior to joining Vorzimer Masserman, Nusha practiced civil litigation defense, representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in complex litigation matters. Her litigation experience includes taking and defending depositions, managing all phases of written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and appearing in court on a wide range of matters. This background gives her a strong foundation in advocacy, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving, which she now applies to helping clients build their families.

Nusha earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she was recognized for her academic achievement and commitment to advancing women in legal education. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business, graduating cum laude. During law school, she completed judicial and legal clerkships and developed a strong interest in helping individuals navigate significant life events through compassionate and effective legal representation. She is licensed to practice before all California state courts.
