Renita M. Her business transaction practice includes business planning, entity formation and representation and private mergers and acquisitions. Renita graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law--Chapel Hill in 1997, after earning a degree in Finance summa cum laude from the University of South Florida. Renita was born in Utah and raised in Wyoming. Away from the office, she enjoys skiing, skydiving, hiking, concerts, whitewater rafting, hunting and traveling.
