Ellie Matesi - Centennial, CO

Ellie Matesi is a dedicated attorney with the firm's Litigation practice who helps clients protect their property interests and resolve disputes efficiently.

Prior to joining R&H, Ellie practiced real estate and civil litigation with another Colorado firm, preparing motions, pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements, while negotiating favorable resolutions for clients, defending depositions, and working directly with opposing counsel to move cases forward. Currently, Ellie handles a range of real estate litigation matters and assists clients with broader civil litigation.

Ellie’s background also includes meaningful public-service and estate planning work. As a Senior Certified Student Attorney in the University of Nebraska’s Estate Planning Clinic, Ellie counseled low-income clients and drafted wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives. She also conducted extensive legal research as an appeals intern with Colorado’s 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Colorado Springs. Upon graduating from the University of Nebraska College of Law, Ellie also obtained a concentration in Real Estate Law.
