Joshua Moses - Centennial, CO

Joshua Moses advises clients on risk management and dispute-resolution strategy for high-stakes real estate disputes and contract enforcement matters. He brings both public and private sector experience to his role at R&H.

Before transitioning to private practice, Joshua spent more than seven years as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Denver, litigating federal Fair Housing Act claims. During his tenure at HUD, he collaborated with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) on federal enforcement actions involving foreclosures, boundary disputes, and mortgage-related matters. Joshua also litigated federal employment disputes, representing HUD in discrimination and compliance matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) for HUD.

Following his government service, Joshua founded his own boutique firm, managing property and contract disputes from inception to resolution. At R&H, he leverages this background to protect clients' interests in critical real estate matters, including evictions and landlord-tenant disputes, warranty-of-habitability claims, and commercial and residential lease development.
