To whom it may concern, In searching for an insurance company, we chose a big nationwide insurance company. A windy hail storm happened which caused a lot of damage in our neighborhood. We went to our insurance company who would only pay an amount to get the repairs started with the balance to be paid us later. A significant, insurance covered, addition amount was not paid us by the insurance company. The insurance company became very hateful and vindictive. It seemed that the meaning of certain words, etc. in our contract with them had changed. The insurance company would not return phone calls nor answer letters. They referred us to several of their offices across the country who ignored our requests, even closing our file a time or two. We kept their coverage, thinking that things would get better, but it did not. It seemed like the insurance company had endless dirty tricks remaining to play on us.
