Once a deputy district attorney, Andrew has handled over 100 criminal and civil trials across Colorado and Texas during his decades-long career. Andrew’s experience includes litigating and advising clients on various matters such as divorce custody, and protection orders.
Representative matters- Baseless abuse claims - Parenting time restrictions against a client lifted during a contentious divorce case
- Divorce mediation - Achieved a more equitable division of child support responsibilities
- and the client was awarded a majority of assets Juvenile harassment charges - Obtained a pre-trial diversion agreement, resulting in all charges ultimately being dismissed
