Representative matters- Retrieved rent abatement - Recovered substantial rent abatement funds and additional expenses for a tenant whose apartment became uninhabitable
- Eliminated liens - Successfully removed multiple mechanics' liens from the client's property, shifting liability back to the general contractor who misallocated payments intended for subcontractors.
- Negotiated large settlement - Secured a judgment against a fraudulent auto mechanic, securing five times the initial repair quote for the client, including treble damages and attorney fees
- Lawsuit defense - Defended an HOA against a frivolous lawsuit and obtained a court ruling that deemed the complaint groundless and vexatious
