Rachel handles all aspects of residential and commercial eviction matters, including forcible entry and detainer proceedings, lease enforcement, non-payment and holdover actions, and post-judgment enforcement through writ of restitution. Previously, Rachel handled sensitive, high-stakes family law disputes, which uniquely prepared her for landlord-tenant law. Before joining the private sector, Rachel worked at the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations.
