Hired Attorney 2021In other words, my life has changed for the better quicker than I expected after I took the step to hired this firm of Griffin Newell. I am a busy mother working and raising a family. I decided to help my older son get his first car. However, I just had no idea what turn of bad events we were about to enter, unfortunately. After not getting the answers my self, I decided that I needed help. Mr. Griffin was able to help my son and I get the answers, finally, from our vehicle purchasing ordeals. You're such a brilliant lawyer Mr. Griffin! Thank you for your dedication, professionalism and prompt communication. What I really enjoyed, is that I was able to work always in direct communication with my lawyer Mr. Griffin without any delays in our case progress and updates were communicated promptly and always made me feel comfortable. Your experience in consumer protection is truly evident. Thanks to Griffin for helping us and give my son and I hope again. You are truly the best! It's not a surprise to see that Mr. Griffin has great reviews. I believe that Mr. Griffin's knowledge, honesty, with his reasonable price and sensible service makes him the best. I would greatly recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their vehicle purchases and has a consumer complaint. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and we're grateful that we found online Mr. Griffin. Now, I leave my review so that others can see how worth it it is if they decide to hire you.

Consulted Attorney 2021Ian reached out to us within minutes of us filling out the contact form. He assured us we had a solid case, but was also straight forward, that hiring him would probably cost close to what we could expect to receive from the other party. He then shared some valuable insight on cases like ours and gave us solid pointers on which steps to take. Even when we reached out to Ian with follow up questions, he kindly answered those in detail and encouraged us to keep going. Ian’s advice and encouragement gave us the confidence to file our case ourselves and negotiate a settlement. We are tremendously grateful for his support and generosity with his time. I hope I’ll never need a lawyer ever again in my life, but if I did, I’d hire Ian without any hesitation.

Hired Attorney 2018-2020I was thoroughly impressed with Ian Griffin's law services, regarding my auto fraud case. He always laid out multiple courses of action and knowledgeably offered probabilities of success (as well as estimated costs) for each action. His follow-up service was unheard of in this industry as well. Even after the case was closed, Mr. Griffin was willing to reach out to secure additional documents needed by the DOR/DMV. Thank you very much!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
