Ali Eldadah - Denver, CO

Ali Eldadah is an associate with the firm’s Litigation team who helps property owners obtain the best possible outcome in their eviction and HOA-related matters.

Ali brings broad civil litigation experience to his practice. Having represented businesses, insurers, and municipalities in a wide range of disputes, he has defended claims for breach of contract, premises liability, and product liability. Ali has also defended law enforcement officers and their employing municipalities in civil rights litigation. He is adept at evaluating cases to project potential trial verdicts, and he uses those assessments of liability and damages to guide his clients’ litigation strategy. Ali is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Iowa, demonstrating his ability to effectively handle matters across jurisdictions.

During law school, Ali served as a student attorney at the Milton R. Abrahams Legal Clinic in Omaha, Nebraska. There, he provided legal aid to low-income residents in family law, landlord-tenant, and probate cases, as well as in other civil matters. Ali also clerked at the Immigrant Legal Center in Omaha, where he guided clients through the process of obtaining U.S. citizenship.

• Dog bite defense - Obtained a defense verdict denying monetary damages to the plaintiff in a dog bite action after the court found the plaintiff’s claims to be non-credible.
• Premises liability - Secured a favorable order granting a Motion for Summary Judgment in a premises liability case, recovering attorney fees.
• Procedural dismissal - Persuaded a pro se plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss a suit by demonstrating service defects and a failure to state proper claims.
