Overview
Before earning her law degree, for 17 years Ms. Brink worked as a litigation claims specialist for a major insurance company. During that time she gained experience handling litigated and non-litigated cases involving auto liability, premises liability, defamation, and insurance policy interpretation
While working full-time as a litigation claims specialist, Ms. Brink attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in the evening and earned her law degree. Ms. Brink also has a Masters in Business Administration from Regis University where she graduated summa cum laude, and a B.S. in Philosophy from California State University, Northridge where she graduated cum laude.
Since passing the Colorado bar, Ms. Brink has focused her practice on auto liability, premises liability, insurance policy interpretation, and construction defect law. Ms. Brink is also a graduate of the CDLA Trial Academy.
