Dustin Gaston - Denver, CO

Dustin Gaston has practiced personal injury law in Colorado since 2020, and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Dustin is passionate about ensuring that his clients receive what they deserve for their injuries.

Dustin was raised in a working class family. At the age of seven he began his first job, answering phone calls at his father’s mechanic shop. He became the first person to graduate from college in his family, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Dustin went on to law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, Dustin interned for a Fortune 500 trucking company in the legal department, which is where he was first exposed to personal injury law. He also interned for a District Court Judge in law school, learning the ins and outs of litigation.

Upon graduating from law school and passing the Bar exam, Dustin began his legal career practicing immigration defense. During this time, Dustin volunteered at an Immigration Detention Center near the United States/Mexico border where he assisted newly arriving immigrants seeking asylum in the U.S. Also during this time, Dustin worked closely with a non-profit immigration defense firm, and provided representation for asylum seekers, immigrants experiencing domestic abuse, and immigrant children from broken homes. While practicing immigration defense, he gained a lot of courtroom experience and often appeared before the Federal Immigration Court, as well as various other state court venues.

After gaining litigation experience, Dustin went on to begin practicing personal injury law. Dustin has worked for some of the largest personal injury law firms in the state of Colorado and has helped hundreds of clients receive compensation for their injuries. Dustin specializes in auto accidents, premises liability, and insurance bad faith; however, Dustin’s primary focus is protecting individuals from large insurance corporations that engage in unfair practices. He believes in fighting for his clients to the fullest extent possible and is more than willing to take a case to trial to ensure that his clients obtain the recovery that they deserve.

In his spare time, Dustin enjoys snowboarding, whitewater rafting, and attending all of the sporting events that Colorado has to offer.
