Attorney Information
Overview
Attorney Liz German leads Robinson & Henry's Probate and Elder Law Team. She is a formidable litigator with extensive experience in federal and state courts. Liz combines compassion with pragmatism to help clients approach complex legal matters, such as probate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, elder law, long-term care planning, and Medicaid pre-planning.
Before focusing her practice on probate law, Liz helped individuals eliminate substantial debt obligations. She successfully defended her bankruptcy clients in adversary proceedings, foreclosure actions, and against creditors who violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Liz's ability to resolve convoluted legal battles makes her a powerful ally for families navigating the complexities of probate litigation.
