Attorney Gregg S. Rich is a partner at Coombe Curry Rich & Jarvis, based in Denver, Colorado. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science at Cal Poly Pomona and working as a haberdasher, Mr. Rich received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver. A student member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, he served as part of the law school's trial and appellate moot court teams and as a student lawyer and research assistant for the Student Law Office, helping those accused of crimes and conducting outreach programs for women's shelters, seniors, and the homeless.

With a license to practice law in the state courts of Colorado, New York, Wyoming and Texas, Mr. Rich also is a member of the bars for the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado and the Southern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Besides lecturing the insurance industry and attorney groups on various topics, he also mentors young lawyers in trial techniques through the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association (CDLA) Trial Academy.

A certified litigation management professional, Mr. Rich has garnered several recognitions. He is AV Preeminent peer-review rated,* the highest rating, through Martindale-Hubbell, has been consistently recognized as a Super Lawyer, and has received the Defense Research Institute Exceptional Performance Citation. He participates in organizations such as the Colorado Bar Association, the Arapahoe County Bar Association, Claims Litigation Management, and the Judge William E. Doyle American Inn of Court.

A former executive board member of the CDLA (including as its President in 2017-2018), Mr. Rich volunteered his time as pro bono counsel to the board of the Communications Technology Professionals for many years. Ethical and knowledgeable, he provides client-focused solutions and efficiently guides clients while implementing the appropriate strategy tailored to their needs. His track record of active trial practice has earned him the respect of his peers and opposing lawyers.
