Consulted Attorney 2002-2010What is ashame is her husband William B Belk scammed me out of 40p dollars today on Marketplace. I agreed to mail him climbing gear, he promised to pay after I mailed everything. After I mailed everything he completely blocked me on Facebook. I'm a 60 year old woman. I hate doing this to this woman, but seriously what recourse do I have? The police don't care, it's only a couple hundred. Costs more to investigate. I can't reach him because he blocked me. I'm hoping he sees this and someone does the right thing. They know how to contact me
