As a former prosecutor, Mr. Eichner has succeeded in acquiring dismissals, acquittals, or reduced sentences for clients facing a wide range of criminal charges, including assault, domestic violence, sexual assault, drug crimes, and white collar crimes, such as fraud and securities violations.

Mr. Eichner was listed in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Colorado in 2012 by the National Trial Lawyers and Avvo has given him its highest rating. He has been published by The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, and The Colorado Lawyer. He has also been featured on Denver's 9 News, and he has been a guest lecturer at Georgetown University Law School and the University of Denver School of Law.

During 2018 Ken represented a witness during Supreme Court Justice Kavanuagh’s congressional nomination hearing and subsequent FBI interview process. In 2017, he successfully blocked indictments relating to the Clinton email investigation and obtained dismissals of sexual assault charges against four individuals. These accomplishments led to Ken's nomination for the Denver Bar Association’s Award of Merit, which recognizes attorneys for outstanding contributions and services rendered in the administration of justice.

Mr. Eichner graduated from Antioch School of Law in 1984, where he was an editor of the Law Review, and is licensed to practice in Colorado, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., in both state and federal courts
