Attorney Information
Overview
Kimberly Potter Richardson is an attorney in Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s Complex Litigation Department.
Kimberly joined the firm in 2026, after practicing for 25 years in Tampa, Florida. She recently relocated to Denver to practice at Bachus & Schanker, LLC, having previously represented individuals with personal injuries for a national personal injury law firm, particularly those injured by slip-and-falls, trip-and-falls, and other types of injuries caused by the negligence of others.
Before becoming a zealous advocate for the injured, she represented industry clients in personal injury matters, including premises liability claims, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and other negligence-related claims. Having grown tired of representing big business, she decided to turn her efforts towards representing individuals who suffered injuries from the negligence of others.
Kimberly graduated sixth in her law school class from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, and upon graduation, clerked for a federal magistrate judge in the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
Kimberly’s many years of experience on both sides of the playing field provide her with immense negotiation, communication, and client advocacy skills. She maintains a thoughtful and compassionate approach to resolving cases on behalf of her clients and her practical solution-oriented mindset allows her to focus on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and communing with nature in the great outdoors.
