Leah P. VanLandschoot is the founding member of The Litigation Boutique LLC.
Ms. VanLandschoot is licensed to practice law in Colorado and has 20 years of experience handling employment and civil litigation matters in state and federal court, as well as before federal and state administrative agencies. Ms. VanLandschoot represents her clients in connection with charges of discrimination and harassment in violation of the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, claims based on the Colorado Wage Claim Act, claims of wrongful discharge in violation of public policy, the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, the Defend Trade Secrets Act, non-compete and non-solicitation litigation, employment contract litigation, and civil and contractual legal and business disputes. Ms. VanLandschoot has successfully litigated matters (for employees and employers) of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, national origin discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination, and retaliation in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She also spends time counseling clients on non-compete agreements, FMLA issues, FLSA compliance, and employment policies, severance agreements, and hiring practices. In addition, Ms. VanLandschoot handles all matters of business and contract litigation. Ms. VanLandschoot has jury trial experience and has worked with a variety of experts and juror and trial consultants to obtain the best results for her clients.
Prior to forming The Litigation Boutique LLC in 2011, Ms. VanLandschoot worked as an employment and civil litigator at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP and as a commercial litigator at Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP.
Ms. VanLandschoot earned her undergraduate degree in Art and Business from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, and earned her J.D., with highest honors (Order of St. Ives), from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Ms. VanLandschoot was named a Top Lawyer by 5280 Magazine and has been on the Rising Star and Super Lawyers list consecutively, every year from 2010 through 2025 (Rising Star 2010-2014; Super Lawyer 2015-2025).
