United States Supreme Court - On Brief in Supreme Court Case United States v. Hemani, No. 24-1234
United States Courts of Appeals - Counsel of Record in United States v. Hemani, No. 24-40137 (5th Cir.)
Federal Sentencing - Client was facing up to five years imprisonment in federal district court. The court granted our motion for a downward variance and the client received 3 years probation.
Supervised Release Revocation - Client was revoked from supervised release and facing additional imprisonment. The court granted a variance and sentenced the client to time served.
