Overview
I'm a trial lawyer who wants to help my clients recover. I represent individuals who've been injured by somone else or who have been the victim of wrongdoing at work. I'm driven to help those I represent by the knowledge that the odds are stacked against individuals in the legal system. The legal system is designed to help corporations' bottom lines at the expense of the little guy. I want to help my clients fight back against that. I use my knowledge and experience to make the insurance companies sit up and take notice.
I work with my partners, staff, and clients to form a unique plan for each case. First we sit down with our client to make sure we fully understand the client's goals. Once we have the goal, me and my staff use our knowledge and experience to develop and execute a strategy to reach those goals. We keep our case loads down so we can treat each case as unique. We don't apply a one-size-fits-all gameplan to every case that comes to us because every case and every client is different.
