Overview
After 19 years of successful practice, Todd Ingram joined the Metier Law Firm, in 2017. A veteran personal injury attorney, Todd has devoted his professional life to helping people with serious brain injuries, nerve damage, and other severe injuries caused by vehicle crashes, industrial accidents and medical negligence. He has successfully fought for justice on behalf of families whose loved ones were killed due to the carelessness of others. He has earned the respect of his peers through his tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and incisive analytical ability. When other attorneys have questions, they call Todd. In recognition of his dedication to protecting the rights of the injured, he was elected President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association for 2017-18. Todd earned his law degree from the University of Denverâs Sturm College of Law, graduating in the top 2% of his class. He then clerked for Chief Judge William F. Downes, U.S. District Court, in Casper, Wyoming. Todd next served in the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., defending the United States in high-profile civil litigation. In 2003, he returned to Casper and entered private practice. Toddâs experience includes co-litigating a case with Metier Law Firm Senior Managing Partner Tom Metier, which garnered a $9 million verdict â the largest medical malpractice verdict in Wyoming history. He handled cases involving wrongful death, brain injury, paralysis from spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, industrial accidents, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, motorcycle accidents, and car accidents. Todd is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Wyoming and Colorado. He is a Past President and current Board Member of the Wyoming Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. His expertise also includes appellate advocacy, and he has successfully briefed and argued numerous cases before the Wyoming Supreme Court and U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
