Josh Hotchkiss is the Director of Litigation and has a proven record of success in both Colorado state court and Colorado Federal District Court. With multiple six-figure verdicts in personal injury cases, Josh brings a relentless commitment to justice and a deep understanding of the courtroom to every case he handles.

A graduate of the University of Montana School of Law, Josh’s legal career is built on a foundation of real-world experience and a steadfast dedication to serving others. Prior to becoming an attorney, he served as a police officer, where he rose to the rank of detective sergeant and was a member of a specialized SWAT unit. This background gives him a unique edge in handling complex investigations and high-stakes litigation.

Josh’s drive and discipline were forged early on the football field. He was an All-American linebacker at Western Colorado University and is a proud member of the Mountaineer Hall of Fame. Following college, he pursued professional football, making stops in New York and Europe before turning his focus to law.

Outside the courtroom, Josh is an avid outdoorsman and dedicated family man. He enjoys hunting, spending time in the Colorado wilderness, and most of all, raising his two children with his wife. Josh considers fatherhood his most rewarding life experience.
