Greenwich Family Law Firm
Overview
At Carolyn C. Swiggart, Attorney At Law, I help families navigate even the most complex family law and probate cases in Greenwich, Connecticut. I am licensed to practice in the state courts of Connecticut and Rhode Island and formerly practiced in Massachusetts. Additional court admittances include the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal district courts for Connecticut and Massachusetts.
My mediation skills are one of the main reasons my law office has grown into the practice it is today. This attracted the attention of the Connecticut Superior Court, where I serve as a special master. In this role, I meet with the legal counsel of both sides in family law cases to settle matters without formal court hearings. In my private practice, these are the main types of cases I handle:
• Family law: My law office represents spouses, exes and even minors in court and assists with private matters, such as prenuptial agreements.
• Probate law: I help courts and family members wrap up the final affairs of their deceased loved ones and ensure dependents are cared for.
• Mediation: I help family members save time and money by settling matters privately outside of a courtroom, including as a private special master.
At Carolyn C. Swiggart, Attorney At Law, I have the experience, integrity and experience your case needs to increase your chances of getting the outcome you seek. International clients and colleagues are also welcome to seek advice at my law office.
