Attorney Bush has successfully tried many cases to verdict in state and federal courts throughout Connecticut. His personal injury practice includes handling automobile accidents, traumatic brain injury claims, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, slip and fall, nursing home negligence and worker compensation claims. Attorney Bush also has extensive experience handling criminal cases, including drug offenses, assault, burglary, larceny, domestic violence, sexual assault and motor vehicle violations. In addition, Attorney Bush handles a large volume of Driving Under the Influence cases and is extremely successful in avoiding license suspensions and mandatory jail time frequently imposed by the Courts.
Attorney Bush is actively involved in giving back to the community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Alliance of Connecticut for many years, where he has held various leadership positions, including President, Vice-President and Treasurer. He is also Chairman of the Town of Simsbury Culture, Parks and Recreation Commission and volunteered for many years with Simsbury youth sports teams.
Attorney Bush lives in Simsbury with his wife, Barbara, and they have three grown children.
