He is admitted to practice in the Courts of Connecticut, several U.S. District Courts, several Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Claims Court, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He resides in New Britain and has served as its Corporation Counsel. He was previously an Associate Professor of Law at Central Connecticut State University and he is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Army National Guard in the position of Staff Judge Advocate.
