He is admitted to practice in the Courts of Connecticut, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a resident of Berlin and has served as its Town Counsel. He has also served as a director of several financial and charitable corporations and acts as a state trial referee.
