Ryan Hunlock - Shelton, CT

I graduated with high honors from the two-year accelerated juris doctor program at Albany Law School. Immediately out of law school, I was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court, providing legal counsel to the judges of Connecticut’s trial-level court. Thereafter, I practiced criminal defense as a public defender in Stamford before joining Ruane DUI & Criminal Defense Attorneys in the summer of 2023.

I had a complete career of over a decade before becoming an attorney. First, I worked as a mental health clinician for several years and later as an investigator for the New York State Department of Health. Before changing careers to the law, I completed a master of science in forensic psychology at the Sage Colleges (a.k.a. Russell Sage College). I hold a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary behavioral sciences.
