Overview
Hal grew up in Rehoboth Beach and attended Rehoboth High school, until 11th grade when he went to McDonogh School in Baltimore. He graduated from Furman University and the University of South Carolina Law School. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army Transportation corp. When he returned From the Army, Hal began his legal practice working with buyer and sellers of Delaware real estate. Over the past 40 years Hal has represented real estate clients in virtually every area in lower Delaware. He personally enjoys investing in real estate and owns various rental properties in Sussex County as well as the Adams Ocean Front Resort in Dewey Beach. He also enjoys local history and has published a “History of Dewey Beach”, “Rehoboth Beach Memories”, “Bethany Beach Memoirs”, “My Did The Wind Blow” a history of shipwrecks and storms on the Delaware coast, and “When Life Was A Day At The Beach.” He is a member of the Rehoboth Beach Country Club, Rehoboth Bay Sailing Association, Boy Scouts of America, Delaware Seashore Preservation Foundation, Delaware Historical Society, and Nature Conservancy.About Harold E.
