Overview

Rebecca Anderson is an associate attorney with Tunnell & Raysor. Her practice is concentrated in the area of Family Law; to include divorce, child custody, PFAs, guardianship and other complex family law matters.

Rebecca received her degrees from Emmanuel College in Boston and the University of Richmond School of Law. Prior to joining Tunnell and Raysor, Rebecca prosecuted cases for over eleven years with the Delaware Department of Justice. During her time as a prosecutor, Rebecca focused primarily on sexual assault cases involving adults and children, ultimately leading the Special Victims Unit here in Sussex. While serving at the Department of Justice, Rebecca established a reputation as an experienced and effective trial litigator and advocate for our county's most vulnerable.

Originally from Massachusetts, Rebecca has resided in Sussex County for the past twelve years. She currently lives in Milton with her husband and daughter.
