Overview
Andrew C. Dalton is a dedicated trial attorney and seasoned advocate. Since joining the firm in 2012, Andrew has represented individuals in medical malpractice, wrongful death, civil rights, product liability, criminal defense, and sexual abuse litigation.
Andrew’s practice is focused on protecting children, adults, and families harmed by corporations and large institutions that fail to put people over profits.
Andrew has represented victims of medical malpractice in hundreds of matters for more than a decade. He has been involved in significant sex abuse litigation, and institutional abuse matters throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He routinely achieves large settlements and verdicts for his clients, all of whom have suffered some form of catastrophic injury or death.
Currently, Andrew represents over 200 plaintiffs seeking accountability for their abuse by disgraced pediatrician Dr. Johnnie “Jack” Barto. He also represents hundreds of other individuals harmed by pesticides and other toxic chemicals as well as individuals experiencing harm from defective medical devices.
A graduate of Villanova Law School, Andrew is a former member of the Wilmington Friends School Alumni Board and now serves as co-chair of the Combined Campaign for Justice’s yearly golf outing for the benefit of legal aid services. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers and included in Delaware Today’s Best Lawyers every year since 2019, highlighting his commitment to his clients and the legal profession. He formerly served in the Delaware Department of Justice’s Misdemeanor Trial Unit as an Assistant Deputy Attorney General.
Andrew is a Triad Member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, AAJ, ACLU, the Delaware State Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Andrew lives in Queen Village, Philadelphia with his wife, son, and their beloved pooch, Rex the dog.
