Overview

Ghee has experience in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright matters. Ghee's primary focus is on patent litigation and has represented major technology and consumer electronics companies, based domestically and abroad, in both federal courts and in Section 337 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Ghee is experienced in all stages of patent litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial and post-trial work. She is highly skilled in briefing cases, legal research and writing as well as in motion practice, achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Beyond intellectual property law, she has also represented businesses in breach of contract and business tort claims arising from IP infringement allegations; cross-border litigation involving insurance fraud and breach of contract; and antitrust violation investigations brought by the Department of Justice. Ghee was named in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America. In 2025 and in 2024, Ghee was named to Lawdragon's list of 500 Next-Generation Lawyers. Ghee's overall experience makes her highly adept at working closely with foreign clients new to the American market and the American legal system, especially the complex process of patent litigation.

Before joining PV Law, LLP, Ghee worked at a reputable, global law firm as an intellectual property law associate. While attending law school, Ghee was an articles editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. She also served as a judicial intern to the late Hon. N. Patrick Crooks at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. and externed at the Wisconsin Department of Justice.

Ghee graduated Yonsei University in Korea with a degree in business. She is fluent in Korean.
