Overview

Throughout his lengthy military career as a judge advocate in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iraq, Qatar and Germany, as well as numerous air bases nationwide, Larry advised high-ranking officials in the Air Force, NATO, Department of Defense and joint and special operations units. He has the experience necessary to effectively represent service members – especially high-ranking officers – in a variety of administrative and criminal matters.   • Frequently represents high profile military clients in espionage cases as well as defending defense contractors and senior civilian and military personnel on security clearance statements of reason and revocation matters.
  • Represented AF Client to win reversal of conviction on appeal in U.S. v. Williams, No. 16-0053, Crim. App. No. 38454 (C.A.A.F. 2016) then won full acquittal on rehearing of Client’s court-martial at Keesler AFB, MS (U.S. v. Williams, USAF Trial Judiciary (2017)).
  • Frequently represents clients before service Boards for Correction of Military and Naval Records, as well as Discharge Review Boards to upgrade discharge characterization, to challenge unjust officer grade determinations, to secure military medical retirement benefits and to obtain missing awards and decorations, such as the Purple Heart.
