Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Mauricus was an Employment Litigation Associate at Biesecker Dutkanych & Macer, LLC in Louisville, Kentucky, where he represented federal and private sector employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, American Arbitration Association and state and federal courts. Mauricus has represented clients in a range of matters, including employment discrimination based on age, race, disability gender and sexual orientation.
