Overview
During his more than two decades in practice, Matt has focused his practice on personal injury. He has extensive experience in all areas of personal injury practice including auto accidents, premises liability, and product liability cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Matt primarily worked in medical malpractice defense with a Rockville, Maryland firm. Given Matt’s experience on both the plaintiff’s and defense sides of personal injury matters, he has an edge in evaluating evidence and the dynamics of these cases. This enables Matt to forecast the value and strength of a plaintiff’s case, the likelihood of settlement and other dynamics with exceptional accuracy.
As a result, plaintiffs represented by Matt in nearly all cases get solid, accurate and reliable case evaluations, which enables them to make well-informed decisions as to the course of action that best fits their objectives.
Matt has also contributed his wealth of personal injury experience to future generations of attorneys. He edited Chapter 9 “Accidents Involving Pedestrians and Animals” and authored Chapter 19 “Social Media Considerations in Automobile Accident Litigation” of the Third Edition of the “Maryland Automobile Accident Deskbook.”
