Randy Branitsky has 20 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and other tribunals. He also provides counsel on compliance issues and strategies to resolve disputes without resort to litigation. Clients have included Fortune 500 firms and conglomerates, small businesses, non-profits, and individuals.

Prior to joining Hollingsworth LLP, Branitsky was an attorney in the litigation practice for Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, representing plaintiffs and defendants in high-profile cases. These included product liability, telecommunications, insurance coverage, bankruptcy, securities fraud, and civil RICO, as well as defending class action and multidistrict litigation. He also represented clients in rulemaking proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission and defended merger participants in antitrust investigations conducted by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Branitsky is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees and General Counsel at The Woods Academy, a private school in Bethesda, Md. He graduated from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and the Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York and Maryland
