Attorney Solomon L. Wisenberg has extensive lead counsel experience in jury trials and complex white collar criminal investigations in Washington, D.C. His primary focus is representing businesses and individuals in cases involving regulatory inquiries or federal criminal charges.
His distinguished government career includes service as deputy independent counsel in the Whitewater/Lewinsky investigation. Judge Kenneth Starr selected attorney Wisenberg to question President Bill Clinton for the grand jury. He has successfully represented his clients in public corruption, fraud, bribery, Arms Export Control Act violations, unlawful transportation of firearms, narcotics distribution and other white collar crime cases. He has also completed internal investigations and insurance coverage fraud inquiries for nonprofits, corporations and corporate employees. He received the Director's Award from Attorney General Janet Reno for his service in the Victoria Savings Association scandal that resulted in the conviction of nine defendants who caused more than $200 million in losses.
