Alan S. Rothberg, Esq. was born and raised in New York City, New York. He graduated from Adelphi University, Garden City, New York with both a B.A. and M.B.A. He graduated from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1990, and is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and Connecticut.

As a former insurance defense attorney representing numerous insurance companies, he is extremely knowledgeable about these companies' tactics, procedures and claims' decisions. Based on this experience, he will aggressively and diligently represent his clients against these same insurance companies.

Mr. Rothberg resides in South Florida with his wife, Debbie, and is the proud father of their two sons who are both Eagle Scouts.
