Christopher W. Kellam - Boca Raton, FL

Christopher Kellam is a Managing Attorney with 18 years of legal experience and a track record that sets him apart. Born and raised in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Chris went on to attend the University of Florida, where he earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and swam competitively for the Gators, earning 4 NCAA All-American honors. He later earned his law degree from UF's Fredric G. Levin College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Florida and is a graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Method, an intensive trial advocacy program reserved for attorneys committed to the highest level of courtroom performance.

Chris spent the first decade of his career on the defense side of personal injury litigation, representing insurance companies, trying cases to jury verdict, and lecturing other defense attorneys on claims handling strategy. In 2018, he made a pivot, taking everything he learned about how insurers think, evaluate claims, and build their defenses and transitioned into helping seriously injured clients. As Director of Litigation at TopDog Law, Chris brings an insider's command of defense tactics to every case he handles. His results speak to that approach: a $7,500,000 settlement in a motor vehicle crash case and a 7-figure verdict in an injury trial. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the Florida Justice Association.

Outside the courtroom, Chris is a devoted husband and father of two daughters who both play volleyball. A lifelong competitor, he has completed two Ironman triathlons and continues to enjoy cycling in his free time. He lives in Boynton Beach with his family.
