Overview
Philip Gold is a native of Miami, Florida where as a young child he had the good fortune of watching his father, David Gold, practice law and build his law practice from the ground up. Now, Philip is proud to be a partner with his father at the law offices of Gold & Gold, P.A.
Philip has built his reputation on hard work and dedication, and by placing his clients' needs above all else. His clients trust his ability to handle their claims and litigate their claims to a successful resolution, whether through negotiations or at trial. He successfully tried his first jury trial only six months after being admitted to the bar, and continues to obtain excellent verdicts at trial. His reputation for success is recognized by his peers. In 2009, Philip was selected by Florida attorneys as a "Top Up and Comer", as featured in Florida Trend's Legal Elite.
Philip received his B.A. from the University of Florida in 2002, after completing a dual degree in Political Science and Sociology. Philip earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He made sure to work as a law clerk with his father's firm to expose himself to the practical side of trial litigation while building his foundation of legal knowledge at law school. Now a young attorney, Philip has already impressed favorably upon his clients and peers in the legal community.
