Simon T. Garcia - Boca Raton, FL

Simon T. Garcia is a community association attorney and commercial litigator who serves clients as both general and litigation counsel. Prior to joining Sajdera, PA, Simon worked at two of the premiere firms in South Florida that specialize in community association and construction law.

As general counsel, Simon represents community associations throughout Florida, ranging from small to complex mixed-use associations, with respect to all governance and operational issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis - from the preparation of governing documents, to covenant enforcement, disputes with residents, management, or contractors, plans of termination, or code compliance.

As litigation counsel, Simon represents community associations, businesses, and individuals in both state and federal courts with respect to a diverse range of matters, including community association litigation, contractual disputes, business torts, landlord-tenant disputes, and employment disputes.

Simon is a member of the Florida Bar and the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2011 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015.

Outside of his legal work, Simon enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with his wife and dog, Elmo.
