AnnaDanielle has represented hundreds of condominium, homeowners, and cooperative associations throughout Florida, providing strategic guidance on a wide range of legal matters.

She advises boards of directors on fiduciary duties, budgeting and reserves, regulatory compliance, vendor and construction contracts, covenant enforcement, fair housing compliance, document amendments, dispute resolution, day-to-day operations, and corporate governance. Her steady, solutions-oriented approach and responsiveness make her a valued partner for communities navigating complex challenges.

An active member of The Florida Bar and its Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, AnnaDanielle is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

AnnaDanielle earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University.
