With nearly 30 years of experience in the community association field, including more than 15 years practicing law, she represents community associations throughout Southwest Florida.
AnnaDanielle advises boards of directors and community association managers on the interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, statutory compliance, covenant enforcement, contract negotiation, collections, litigation, dispute resolution, and other matters arising under Florida condominium and homeowners' association law. Her practice is centered on helping boards address complex legal and operational issues with confidence and sound judgment.

By combining practical legal advice with a thorough understanding of Florida community association law, she helps boards make informed decisions that protect the long-term interests of the communities they serve.
As Chair of the firm's Community Association Practice Group, AnnaDanielle provides leadership to the firm's community association practice while continuing to advise boards on complex legal and operational matters. She believes the strongest legal guidance not only resolves today's issues but also equips association leaders to make thoughtful decisions for the future.
In addition to her legal practice, AnnaDanielle regularly presents educational programs for community association board members and community association managers, including DBPR-approved board member certification courses offered through Hamilton Mikes, P.A., as well as other educational programs designed to help association leaders understand their responsibilities under Florida law.
