Hello everyone, This is long overdue…however I want to thank Francesca Vigna and Cynthia M. Pyfrom from the bottom of my heart. Cynthia M. Pyfrom PA has an amazing practice in family law. Francesca Vigna is an incredible attorney with Cynthia’s Law Firm. Here is where our journey begins. As a lot of us know a custody battle can be taxing, physically, emotionally and financially. I went through a non-profit agency to seek help. As, attorneys after attorneys saw my case and gracefully declined to help, I knew, I was not waiting on the best attorney for the job I was waiting on the right attorney for the job. After being rejected multiple times by other agencies I had to believe this was for a reason. As grace would have it Cynthia M. Pyfrom’s PA agency took my case immediately. I received a call from their administrative coordinator. The energy the coordinator built my trust and confidence immediately. We did our initial assessment, and I was assigned Francesca Vigna. Once Francesca and I spoke, I knew I had the right attorney. We connected right from the start. The reason for this is she listened. Skillfully listened. She recognized right away the challenge my case had. She assured me she and her firm would stand by my side and guide me, provide legal counsel. However, there is no promises or guarantees. She was open and honest and very realistic as we navigated our case. However, I knew…we would have victory. We had mediation very soon, my ex had a skilled seasoned veteran. However, during mediation Francesca and had a relaxed demeanor she had a plan plus a rockstar law firm that guided her when needed. The good news is we were able to mediate successfully. I know every case is different. Every client is different. I get it, however how the firm and her ebbed and flowed was amazing. They saw the gameplan of the other attorney, they skillfully guided me on how to navigate my tricky case. Once we settled, I was beyond happy. Everything we fought for happened.
