Since 1997, Scott Reed has represented clients in Central Florida. His areas of practice include elder law, wills and trusts, probate administration, real estate, title insurance and commercial transactions. Throughout his career he has represented clients in protective proceedings, probate administration and quiet title matters has litigated numerous contested cases including guardian appointment proceedings, will contests, removal of breaching fiduciaries, and recovery of assets in financial exploitation cases.
