Since 1997, Scott Reed has represented clients in Central Florida. His areas of practice include elder law, wills and trusts, probate administration, real estate, title insurance and commercial transactions. Throughout his career he has represented clients in protective proceedings, probate administration and quiet title matters has litigated numerous contested cases including guardian appointment proceedings, will contests, removal of breaching fiduciaries, and recovery of assets in financial exploitation cases. He is an authorized title agent associated with Old Republic National Title Company and Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC. He provides affordable, accommodating, and cost effect real estate closing and title services to buyers and sellers of all types of real estate in Central Florida. Through this service, he has represented and insured hundreds of buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale and finance of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
