Attorney Audrey Schechter has been practicing law for over three decades and is licensed in both Florida and New York. The lawyers, including Of-Counsel attorney Andrea Fischer, are litigation experts and we pride ourselves on taking cases through to a successful conclusion. We’ve settled numerous False Claims Act cases, successfully tried unintervened FCA cases to verdict, assisted the government with a wide variety of False Claims Act cases, defended trial court decisions and reversed summary judgments on appeal, and settled discrimination cases.
