Nick Reider - Clermont, FL

Nick Reider was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin and graduated from high school in 2007. Nick attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he received a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a major in operations and supply chain management in May of 2011. Nick attended Barry University School of Law receiving a Juris Doctor degree in May of 2014. While enrolled in law school, Nick served as an editor on the Law Review team as well as serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Marc Lubet in Orange County, Florida.

Nick began his legal career with the Fifth Circuit Public Defender's Office in January of 2015 and worked in the public sector for nearly 10 years representing clients in Lake, Marion, and Sumter Counties. Nick has predominantly represented clients facing felony charges in Circuit Court, but also has a plethora of trial experience in misdemeanor and juvenile courts.

In nearly 10 years of criminal defense experience, Nick has diligently defended clients in cases involving charges such as DUI, Driving while license suspended, drug charges, sex crimes, and murder. Nick joined the Law Offices of Justin Rickman in June of 2024 and has extensive experience in litigation, trial advocacy, and client consultation.
