Hired Law firm 2020I hope this finds you, I'm just an old guy refecting on principles taught by the elders in our lives. "What or Which, of these principles, have we allowed to be manipulated? I don't know all the laws of this world or how/why they've been corrupted. But I do know the laws of God. The most important laws. The narrow gate, the path of most resistance. By design. Do we choose the easy path? or the tough, hard, difficult path? Which usually does more good for others then for ourselves in the worldly realms. Why is God in my ear? Why does he remind me of these people and their families? Their talents and the preponderance of there use or the squandering there of? I remember the pureness of your mothers face, the wisdom of your daddy. Those aren't meant as accolades, but rather guides and the motivation of this message.... Hope you are well Melanie. God Bless You, -Mike Twiddy

Consulted Law firm 2020This is not a review. My name is Mike and I would like to ask for any females reading this mesg, weather they voted in past election or not, to check and see if a vote in their name was cast, and if a vote in their maiden name was cast.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
