Overview
Jeremy R. Kreines focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in a variety of areas, including partnership and LLC disputes, real estate, class actions, trust and estates, employment, and professional malpractice.
Jeremy’s experience includes litigating in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Jeremy also has experience handling arbitration proceedings.
He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was an editor on the International and Comparative Law Review. While in law school, Jeremy served as a law clerk for Legal Services of Greater Miami and the Miami-Dade County School Board Attorney’s Office. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys participating in recreational sports, such as basketball, tennis, and soccer.
